We want you to love your Pop it Pets purchase and will work hard to address any issues. We have pre-made arrangements with our amazing retail partners to replace products you consider defective. As such, if you are looking for a product replacement or full refund, please return your Pop it Pets product to the retailer where you made your original purchase. Remember to take your proof of purchase with you.
If for any reason you are not able to return the item to the store, please submit the following information.
Note that a photo of the defective product is required in order for us to process your claim. Defects in material or workmanship will be determined at the sole discretion of Buffalo Games, LLC and we reserve the right to replace defective product with a new product of our choice, of comparable value.
